Gave your tip with other hacks I implemented previously and tried deleting both strings and WOW !!! I've even tried running my VLC player and watching Hulu videos on the web simultaneously. Both played and ran flawlessly with no stutter or lag. Don't know about the negative feed back from previous posts, but with the small processing power of my netbook, I felt the need to give it a try. Much Gratitude and thanks.
