Bluetooth device is a wireless technology. It uses its low frequency radio wave communication to computers, wireless phones and other devices use in the network without connection of wire within the range of very short distance. This name of Bluetooth derived from Harald Bluetooth who is a Denmark king who ruled that country, before nearly 1000 years ago.
At the initial stage it was commenced to support network devices with wireless technology, like cell phones, wireless headsets, and PDAs. The distant covered by this wireless Bluetooth is within the range of 30 feet and send signal to the communicating other devices less then l MB per second (MPps)
The Bluetooth device topology is known as piconet or PAN. This contains maximum of eight peer features and minimum of two piconets. The communication is enabled by using protocols that become an essential feature of the specification.
