		<description>1: False. The trackers location has NO effect on your speed. It merely tells peers the ip and port to connect to. It seems the author believes every single packet of data you send and receive goes through the tracker... This is not the case by a long shot. Otherwise there would be no trackers due to bandwidth issues on a HUGE scale.
