The best part about using KeyPass over other password managers is that it has several features to its credit. The passwords can be grouped together and an icon can be given to the groups and subgroups for easy access and identification. It also has a password generator, which could come in handy. But one must be very careful to not lose the master password because unlike other utilities, you do not have an option that says ‘forgot password?’ and then requires you to answer some question that helps you find your password!
KeyPass being small can fit into any small space available on your system or USB drive. The drag and drop feature is a major plus. In addition, of course any software has a downside. Printouts here can never be easy since the text is cut off. So in order to get a proper printout you have to reduce the font size. Sometimes you have to reduce the font size so much that it gets difficult to read your text! Although most of it is self-explanatory, it could be a bit of a problem if you choose to ignore giving the manual a read.

One best thing about this software is that you need not install. All you have to do is simply run the software. The interface is amazing and the tree architecture comes in handy. There is space for you to add notes as reminders just like you do in your life sometimes except that your notes are more secure here. PIN is another alternative much quicker to launch but it does not have as many features as KeyPass. It is unbelievable that this software is free!
